I have an ROG G614JV. Before BIOS 329, everything was fine. However, after updating to BIOS versions V331 and V330, my laptop started encountering new problems, such as:
My keyboard and touch pad experiencing glitches.
blue page with the error DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.
The laptop not responding after coming out of sleep.
...
Please fix these issues. I spent three months of my income on this laptop. I could have bought a Predator or Legion with higher configurations, but I thought ROG was better.
I would never recommend anyone to buy your products.

It should be written the other way around: if you fix the BIOS recovery to previous versions, then I will recommend your product to everyone. 😁
ps there are already 5 people on the forum who are unhappy with 331, which means the problem is widespread.

"ASUS doesn't seem to prioritize customer issues. For most problems, they can't even manage to release a proper BIOS update. They fail to optimize the system and improve performance, and instead, they focus on introducing BIOS limitations, downgrades, and power restrictions. You buy a fast laptop, but after a few months, it's throttled by power limits, locked BIOS settings, and bugs. If our laptops worked well for a long time, who would bother buying the newest 2025 models?"

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I'd like to confirm if rolling back to BIOS V329 resolves the mentioned issues.
To better understand the situation:
Regarding the keyboard and touchpad malfunction, are they entirely non-functional, or is it specific keys that are affected? Have you tried installing ROG Keyboard Firmware Update Tool (V3.8.3.011) and ASUS Precision Touchpad Driver (V16.0.0.31) to test if this resolves the issue?
For the BSOD and sleep wake-up problems, could you use the AsLogDumptool to capture the system log right after the issue occurs? Please also share the following information via private message for further analysis:
Thank you for your cooperation!

You want too much information and we want only rollback possibility. Please solve this problem. İt is not about armory create. İt is related with bios broke RAM config. Our RAM run as 4800 MHZ your bios update change it to different unspported levels by hardware. All drivers has problem with RAM after update. We get blu screen.

Thank you for providing the information. Since you have provided personal information (Serial Number) in a public comment, we have preemptively redacted it to prevent misuse of your information.
Please try testing with the ASUS validated NVIDIA graphics driver version V32.0.15.6607 to see if the issue is caused by driver compatibility.
Based on the information you provided, the last BSOD seemed to occur on 2024-12-17. Could you confirm if you are still using the latest BIOS version? Is the BSOD issue still persisting? If it continues, please use the AsLogDump tool to capture the system logs so that we can investigate further. Thank you!

I sent my laptop to approval service of Asus in Türkiye, they said that SSD and RAM are not part of the original device. This BIOS upgrade effected the parts and broke RAM. So i will send laptop to seller and marketplace refund my money. But there is high inflation in Türkiye so that i have affected badly. İ dont think buy a new Asus machine again. You had never notificate me about i use nonrecommended parts at my laptop. I use MyAsus, ArmoryCreate etc. but i have learned that i use wrong RAM and SSD after technic service. İ bought the laptop from Hepsiburada marketplace from Zitek Bilisim. STİLL you say use nvidia driver bla bla.. why am i technical service? Why i need to learn unnecessary details as end user? Okey anymore it is not important, i wil sent my laptop to seller at tomorrow and i wont have an Asus laptop.
