Hi. I was recommended to post this message into this forum from the moderator in the ASUS Zendesk.

My keyboard no longer works when the magnetic section is attached to the screen. I have searched a lot online and there are many people with the same issue. This keyboard is evidently not sold separately?

ASUS must be aware of this significant issue impacting owners of the ROG Flow Z13. 

Why has nothing been done to rectify this problem, firstly in terms of supporting owners with replacement options (even if this comes at a cost outside of warranty) and secondly in terms of improving the durability of the keyboard at a fundamental level to avoid or reduce the occurrence of this problem?

I am facing the same problem since yesterday. I havent been able to find any solution to the problem 

From what I have read, there is no solution. Its a hardware issue which apparently can not be repaired and neither can you buy a replacement keyboard unless you want to risk buying off ebay or another online marketplace. Even then how long will that secondary purchase last before the same problem occurs? 🤷‍♂️

ASUS - we need a solution from you please.!

I would like to confirm with you whether you have reinstalled ASUS System Control Interface v3 and cleaned poco pin to test. 
If the issue persists, could you please private message me your laptop's serial number for further investigation? Thank you.

I seem to have the same issue but I'm residing in Maldives hence there's no way for me to get a replacement either. Could you help me reach a solution for this issue?

My ROG Z 13 serial no is  N3NRKD015115116. I have tried reinstalling interface and have cleaned the pogo pin connectors but the problem still persists. Request if you could help plz
