ROG Flow Z13 issue

My ROG Flow Z13 have a very weird issue where it shut down when unplugged from charger but the battery says it's at 80% at most the laptop stays on for 15 minutes and when i boot on battery before reaching the lock screen it shutdown and won't boot unless the charger is plugged and sometimes i need to press the power button for 30sec to discharge just so it can know that i've plugged the charger so what should i do?

P.S this the 2022 model rtx 3050ti I9 16gb ram and i bought 10 months ago

May I ask if you have updated the BIOS to the latest version and tried removing all external devices and power while the laptop is turned off, then performing an EC reset by holding down the power button for 40 seconds? After that, reconnect the power and turn on the laptop to see if the issue improves.

GZ301ZE bios v320 date 17/1/2025  driver version? i tried resetting multiple time i diagnosed the battery got the battery report plugged it till 100% and there was this 2 times where i saw it lose 1% every second than go to hibernation as i set it up to do when reaching 10% but on the other times it turn off like pulling the plug of a pc but it wait a minute or the most time it stayed on for 20 minutes then did the same i checked the battery just before it turn off like that there were differrent numbers but it never went down beyond 74% it all turn off suddenly like the screen got busted but the weirdest thing when i tun it back on plugged it turn on normally showing the last percentage maybe went up 2 percent at most unplugged it turn on the rog logo than turn off the same way it would be luccky if it reached the home screen or even got unlocked but it always turn off

We would like to further confirm with you whether the issue only occurs when switching to Eco Mode in Armoury Crate. Does the rapid battery drain also happen in other modes? 
Additionally, have you tested in Safe Mode to check if the issue is caused by software or system abnormalities? Thank you.

I have a question i decided to switch from gpu mode to eco mode and it drain the battery so the question do i need to plug the charger all the time? because before that didn't happen or does that mean the problem has been solved entirely in both modes?

another question do i need to restart my laptop everytime in order to switch between ecomode to ultimate or is there a way to change it in bios?
