I recently purchased an open-box/refurbished ASUS ROG laptop online. The device is in excellent condition, but when I tried to register it, I received a message that the product is already registered under another user.
I am the new and rightful owner and would like to register the laptop under my ASUS account. I can provide proof of purchase, the serial number, and any other required information.
Please let me know the steps I need to take to complete this process.
