I bought a laptop paid over 5K for it and it shut off after 2 weeks. I ran through all the self-service remediation, but nothing worked. I got an RMA (snail mail took a week to get to them) and sent my laptop in and it has been over 3 weeks and no reply. The message on the Asus website is the same as when from the first day they got it. Is this a normal process? When I owned an Alien the tech showed up in my office after 3 days of a support call and fixed the laptop on the spot.
