Rendering Crash on Asus Scar g18 5090

My new laptop which is top tier constantly crashes rendering in Blender Cycles. It can randomly reboot the pc, just turns off the screen for 20 sec, then reboots the pc and bring me back to desktop but Blender is closes(crashed).
I was rendering the same scene on my old laptop Asus Zephyrus G16 using rtx 3080 and it worked fine...

Both laptops using the same blender version, same scene, same rendering settings.

What causes this new laptop to crash on rendering?

I'm running win 11 Pro updated to last version, Nvidia studio driver also updated. I've tried different modes in Armory crate - but no luck.
Also sometimes the screen is glitches like this:

Seems like 5090 power consuption issue. I set the gpu performance from Ultimate to standart and lowered the dynamic boost to min. So far no issues with all the scenes I was struggling today. Looks like high voltage spikes cause might psu to reboot the pc.
