I had purchased a notebook GA503RW now i have an alt key issue and it needs to be fixed. According to my invoice the age of laptop is not even one years and the warranty has still expired... I updated to Asus with my P slip. The region I bought the laptop in hasnt changed. This is the response to my warranty update application.
Reject reason: Invoice is not belong to local country/region
