I had purchased a notebook GA503RW now i have an alt key issue and it needs to be fixed. According to my invoice the age of laptop is not even one years and the warranty has still expired... I updated to Asus with my P slip. The region I bought the laptop in hasnt changed. This is the response to my warranty update application.

Now they are telling me that i should contact amazon for warranty... 

If its their serialized product why cant they simply extend warranty based on the P Slip?
