Registration and Warranty for a Second hand device

Hi all! I recently purchased a flow x13 on eBay, and have found that the device is already registered to the previous owner. I am trying to register it so I can contact support if I have problems. Any advice? Anyone dealt with this before?

Hi, I am in the same situation. Bought an open-box resealed TUF A15 from a retailer and I cannot register the product. I have a valid proof of purchase.
