The problem is finally fixed with driver 546.17, so kodus to nvidia for their work, BUT, there's still 1 game with issues, RDR 2
According to many user feedback, RDR 2 has stuttering issues using external monitor (Hdmi) on both modes dx 12 and vulkan, internal screen no problems
Theres way to workaround this issue with dx12 mode only, nvidia introduced a new compability flag in the driver that fix CP 2077 and SF Stutters, if you add that specific flag to RDR 2 profile, it fixes the issue on Dx12 mode
But doesn't work on vulkan mode, external monitor, vulkan mode will stutter, with rebar off, compability flag added, etc, nothing can be done

Rtx 4000, ultimate mode + rebar on = stutters still present, nvidia still didnt fix anything
Btw, i have tried dozens of older drivers and NONE fix the stutter issue with CP 2077

As long as rebar is ON in the nvidia driver + the game + ultimate mode = it will stutter like the video in 1st post
I will try more REBAR supported games in the next weeks, there are 22 titles with rebar, and i bet ALL of them will stutter...

Ask for the money back if they can't fix it
Is not surprising, the release notes of 546.17 only mention the fix is for 2 games Starfield and CP2077

Ok, regarding the Rebar situation, the problem is fixed, we didn't test all the Rebar games avaliable yet, but we tested many of them, and all are running fine since nvidia introduced the driver to fix CP2077 and SF stutter, I tested many rebar games using the last nvidia driver (for avatar), and everything is fine...
