Realtek Freezes my TouchPad

Sup. Less than a month ago i was gifted this laptop brand new ROG Strix G513RM 64bits, 16gb ram, nvidia grafic, ryzen 7 processor.

Using this laptop the firsts days everything was ok, but when I installed discord i notice that discord open sometimes my mose frooze for no reason, i tried a few tips in forums, nothing worked, then i noticed my mose froozes when im in a call  so i thought it was a discord problem, reinstaled, and yet... nothing. This morning I noticed something even weirder the mouse only frooze when i used my laptop mic called Realtek Microphone Array or a variable of this one which is an AI program that supresses sound better but uses the same mic. Every other mic I tried perfect, touchpad works perfectly, but when i use that mic it froozes. Finally i confirmed it was the mic by triying to use it in another app (to discard it was a discord problem) and indeed it frooze again, so its totally a realtek mic problem. The thing is i dont know how to fix it.

I tried updating every driver (display driver, realtek drivers, touchpad drivers) i updated everything that i could update, even the BIOS. I uninstalled the drivers and rebooted the laptop yet nothing. I read many articles about Realtek problems associated with the cursor freezing but every solution didnt work for me, like deleting the drivers, making the mic unable, not letting it start when booting the laptop. Everything.

I really dont know what to do now and I need a solution, its a brand new laptop, its ridiculous that 2 things that come integrated in the same laptop have this problem. help pls.

Update: I discovered is not just the mic, when i was testing i had headphones but now that i try to use the computer audio it has the same problem, so im unable to use my laptop mic or speaker without them freezing my touchpad.

I had to add a second SSD to resolve the problem. Have you added the second NVMe? Additionally, uninstall Asus Bloatware and use Ghelper.
