You might want to check the Device Manager to see if any keyboard device is being detected. I’m also experiencing issues with my ROG keyboard—while it works, I notice that sometimes the 'q' key doesn’t register when 'w' is being pressed (especially during gaming). In my case, Device Manager shows two HID Keyboard Devices even though there’s only the built-in keyboard physically connected. I suspect that a recent Windows update may have overridden the ROG keyboard firmware or driver. It might be worth checking for conflicts or rolling back drivers if you haven’t already.

May I ask if you have tried installing and testing the ROG Keyboard Firmware Update Tool version V2.7.0.006?
In addition,Please try shutting down the device, removing all external devices and the power source, then press and hold the power button for 40 seconds. After that, reconnect the power and turn it on to see if the issue improves. If the problem persists, we recommend bringing the laptop to a local service center for further inspection and clarification. Thank you.

I did not try installing and testing the ROG Keyboard Firmware Update Tool V2.7.0.006. Is there any way to find the download link for ROG Keyboard Firmware Update Tool V2.8.2.001 as its the one provided to me by MyASUS when I started the laptop.
