Questions about Strix G18 Thermal Throttling

So I have about a 2 year old G18 with i9-13980hx and a 4080. Currently struggling with throttling and constantly hitting 95c. Unfortunately I’m out of work right now and can’t afford to buy new paste or repair it if it goes out, so I’m curious if it’s safe to use at all until I can get it repasted properly or should I just use my Xbox for now? Mainly use it for gaming.

Currently getting about 20k on cinebench r23 instead of the 30-33k it seems most people are getting with a good paste.

I have G615LR with Ultra 9 275hx and 5070Ti, in fact this laptop has a vapour chamber so it has a good cooler from the start, but.. as I've used to, I always buy a feet for every laptop I had. I did the same for this one. After lifting it up by a few inches, CPU went down from 90-95 in most demanding game when unlocking FPS, all the way down to 75-80C.. just a simple and cheap feet which should be provided by every laptop's manufacturer IMHO.
