Good evening, everyone.

Purchased a Open Box Zephyrus M16 from Best Buy and upon setting it up, it's already been registered? Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated as I would like to get all this switched over to myself. I can provide proof of purchase, tracking, etc..
