Product registration failed : "Product already registered"

I recently purchased a new ASUS ROG Strix G16 laptop . However when I tried to register my laptop in MyASUS, it says the product is already registered. Looking forward on guidelines to resolve the issue

Hi, similar situation, but in my case I bought Scar 16 in December 2024 and for some time now I have been having problems with screen flickering and possibly a problem with the "w" button blocking in one title. Flickering i had tried turning on / off vertical sync it helped for a short time but not excactly that was a case i think. 
If anyone had or has similiar situation please leave a comment. Also looking for a solution. (Laptop was previously registered on previous owner - told me that he wrote to support to uniregister a product but it seems like problem was not solved)
