Product registration failed: product is already registered

Hello,

I've purchased a 2022 ROG Zephyrus G14 a couple months ago. Each time I've tried to register the product on MyAsus I got the error that it was already registered. I gave up eventually but I'd like to fix this problem.

The laptop was used from ebay but i can not contact the first owner.
