Product registration failed: product is already registered

Hello,

I've purchased a Rog Strix G17 around 2 years ago. Each time I've tried to register the product on MyAsus I got the error that it was already registered. I gave up eventually but I'd like to fix this problem.

I must mention the fact that the laptop wasn't brand new ( it got returned by the first owner before I purchased it )

Hey so i also have the same problrm withb my rog strix g15, whwn i bought this i didnty knew that this product has been already owned by some elso before me and later on i knew that im the second user of this laptop, and when i try to register my product the same problem shows with me that "your product has been already registered" and matter of fact ive bought this from official Asus store yet they didnt say anything about this product being already bought by someoneelse before me and they scammed me. Now I just want to k now what can i do about it.
