I bought a new ASUS ROG STRIX G16 and when I try to register the laptop in myASUS app, it says the product is already registered. I purchased it on 14/9/2024 and tried to reach out to customer support but there is no reply from them.

I also have the same issue but on contacting Asus customer service they directly deny to provide help, I bought the laptop three days ago and spotted this issue on that same day but it was too late to contact customer service that day so I contacted them the very next day still no solution has been provided.

Just make a post about your problem in this forum, wait for a customer service agent to reply, they will contact you in dm and provide them the requested details and documents and it will be solved. I was also rejected any help from the customer support but @Anbby_ROG contacted me after I posted my problem here and they solved it without any issue.
