I just recently bought 2023 Zephyrus g14 used one from ebay. I wanted to use the armory crate to custom the lighting and stuff but i cant register the product because its already been registered (from the previous owner i think).

Is there any way that i can retrieve the serial number from the account? ROG Care team, please help!
