Product already registered

Hello, I recently bought a rog x13 (2022), semi new here in Brazil, the product came from los angeles, but somehow it came with the current registration already made by the buyer.

I would like to know if there is any way to change the registration of the product, if I need to ask the former owner for something to change the registration to my name.
