I bought the laptop three days ago and spotted this issue on that same day but it was too late to contact customer service that day so I contacted them the very next day still no solution is provided, Asus customer service directly denied to provide help telling me to contact the purchase point, but on contacting the purchase point they are telling that you have 7 days brand replacement policy and so it is the brand responsibility to look into any issues now.
