Problems with new Strix G16(2025)

I have bought an Asus Strix G16 with Amd Ryzen 9 9955HX. It is my first personal laptop so I dont have that much experience with laptops. There is 2 problems that I cant solve rn. First one is I installed G Helper but I cant use Turbo mode. I have tested it wüth Cinebench and the CPU got nearly 100 degrees C. And fans were at max speed so I stopped the test. All of the ppwer modes are set to performance. I checked for updates. Rebooted a few times but no help. I bought this knowing its power and I am disappointed. And also there is an another major problem. Its about audio. I havent been able to hear any audio from the laptop except the Asus starting sound. I plugged in a headphone and there was no problem but I cant hear anythimg without a headphone. It is not on mute. Realtek is at latest version. I have force deleted it a few times and rebooted. I have restarted windows audio. Checked everthing but cant find a solution. I dont know if I had done something wrong cuz I am mew to these things but please help me so I can figure out.

We understand that some users may find Armoury Crate less user-friendly, leading them to uninstall it and use G-Helper as an alternative. However, since G-Helper is not specifically designed for ROG laptops, it cannot define settings based on the exact specifications of your device.
We recommend using Armoury Crate to manage your laptop’s performance and thermal settings for optimal results.
Please refer to the Armoury Crate Introduction for more information.

Regarding the speaker issue, please try testing the device in Safe Mode to check whether the problem is caused by software or system compatibility. If the issue persists, since you mentioned this is a newly purchased device and it may still be within the return period, we recommend contacting your retailer for further assistance to ensure your rights are protected. Thank you for your understanding.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

⚠️ DM are for collecting personal information only. For technical assistance, please post your issue in the discussion thread so everyone can help and share insights! Thank you for your understanding! 🙂
