I have to create a new branch because support service stopped responding to me in the last one problems all the time.
I create a RAID 0 array in the BIOS and start the Windows installation.
When the system prompts me to select a partition for installation, it only shows individual drives, and the RAID array is not displayed. To have it recognized, the appropriate drivers need to be installed.
However, when I specify the folder containing the drivers, the system does not detect any drivers.
This issue occurs on Windows 11. There are no such problems on Windows 10.

I also tried installing the system via the Recovery partition in the BIOS, but the boot process stops after a while. I repeated this procedure several times, yet the error occurs every time.

You said: I already dealt with this problem about a year ago, but apparently it still hasn't been solved. I am trying to install Windows 11 on a Raid 0 array, for this I need to download the drivers, but the system does not see them. A year ago, we solved this problem through the installation of Windows 10, everything works fine on it and the drivers are being tightened, unfortunately, the problem was not solved on Windows 11. I would like to ask you to register my problem in the system again, as I consider it very important. When installing Windows 11, the system does not see the driver for the Raid0 array. drivers from this link https://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/GamingNB/DriverforWin10/Raid_ROG/nvme_sata_raid_windows_driver_9_3... from this manual https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1046579/ One or more links in the message.

You said: no
You said: it doesn't see the driver at all.
Bot WC said: I am checking the attachment which you have shared with teh previous customer and check chat as well.
You said: The manager is wrong, the drivers are exactly the right ones and they work on Windows 10. After upgrading to Windows 11, the system shows the same drivers.
Bot WC said: Asi have check the screen shot and read the conversation as well and the issue is your device is not fetch the hard ware to install windows and drivers and your bios is not detecting driver according to yur drives and in this case you can not do any thing you need to connect to your device manufacturer.
You said: Because the previous manager doesn't understand what he's saying.
Bot WC said: Please wait.
You said: if the BIOS hadn't seen these drivers, I wouldn't have been able to install Windows 10.
You said: read this message again and try to understand its essence.

Bot WC said: Thank you for sharing the information.
Bot WC said: It appears that the issue is linked to your BIOS settings, which is preventing Windows 11 from being installed correctly on your device. In this case, it would be best to reach out to the system manufacturer for assistance. They can guide you in making the necessary adjustments to your BIOS configuration.
Bot WC said: It is possible that the issue arises from a fault in your hard drives or a software bug, which could be affecting their visibility in Windows 11 due to compatibility constraints. Addressing this may require diagnosing the hardware or ensuring the drives are compatible with the system requirements.

You said: then why does everything install without problems on Windows 10 and then upgrade to Windows 11?
Bot WC said: It's a valid observation, and the difference could be due to specific compatibility requirements between Windows 11 and your hardware or drivers. While Windows 10 might not face issues during installation, Windows 11 has stricter system requirements, such as support for Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, and newer driver versions, which may not align perfectly with your current setup.
Bot WC said: To resolve this, you might need to review the compatibility of your hardware or consult your device manufacturer's guidelines for a seamless setup.

You said: I downloaded the recommended drivers, I do everything exactly according to the instructions! The problem is with your system! After switching to Windows 11, it stopped pulling up drivers.

I'm not sure if you have already referred to [Notebook] Creating and Deleting RAID Array | Official Support | ASUS Global instructions for the setup. To further clarify your issue, could you please provide the following information? Thank you.
03-18-2025 10:20 AM
It was according to these instructions that I did everything. It was with this installation on Windows 10 that went without problems, but on Windows 11 it does not work, as I wrote above. You can see screenshots of these drivers above.
This instruction has not been working for over a year now
I already dealt with this problem a year ago! Why hasn't it been solved yet?

Thank you for your reply. We would like to further confirm if Windows 11 recognizes the two separate SSDs during the installation process.
Could you please share the model of the SSDs with us? Is it using the SSD that came with the device? Thank you!

Windows 11 recognizes the two separate SSDs during the installation process.
yes
Could you please share the model of the SSDs with us?
I am currently using SSD XPG 2 M.2 agammixs50l-2t-cs
Can you take a test device and check it yourself? If you don't have one, you can dial me, I have two such laptops now and I can show you everything online.
Is it using the SSD that came with the device?
I also tried to install on the disks that came with the package, the result is the same.

Thank you for your reply.
Our technical team is conducting further tests on the same model, and we will update you on the test results as soon as possible. Thank you!

Thank you for your patience. After multiple tests, the technical team has confirmed that RAID can be set up normally with the same model, and the issue could not be replicated. Below is the test procedure we followed for your reference:
BIOS 319 + AMD Raid v9.3.2.00203 + Win11
