problem with Xg mobile performance x-13 flow

I having been owning Rog x-13 flow with RTx 3080, I am not able to play games for more than 5 mins with the gpu connected, I also tried connecting it to external monitor... I also do 3d and stuff when on load xg mobile just gives up and disconnects itself from the laptop. I have all up to date drivers and everything , checked online for the solution but nothing worked. it does over heat or anything but I am pretty sure that 85c is a good temp for any gpu which is working. sometimes it works fine with 3d (very rarely) and we shall not think about gaming, it crashes in mid setting for Fortnite like really 16gb of ram for what... any solution for this, Please HELP
