Pathetic service from Asus

Really disappointed with local asus service center. My laptop (g14 2021 edition) died under warranty. I gave my laptop to local authorised service center for repair. It's been 3 months since this yet my laptop is not repaired. There is no proper response from the center till now. 2 days ago they told me to collect the laptop in the unrepaired state and travel 200 km to another city to get it repaired. If they could not repair it, why did they have to keep it for 3 months. Why do you guys have such pathetic service centers ? I really loved Asus products but I am really disappointed to with the service response. Going forward I would not recommend buying Asus products to anyone.
