Hi, I had this laptop for well over a year now with minimal issues until recently, I’ve been having problems with the keyboard where it’s as if I held down the key and it spams one letter until I stop it by hitting delete. Even during the process of writing this forum post I watched my computer self delete my entire paragraph so I resorted to writing my message from another device .. So far I checked for malware and virus and it detected none. I checked for dust but don’t think that seems to be the case. I checked the drivers, uninstalled and restarted my computer twice and the problems continue to persist. Besides the keyboard, the trackpad is also slow to react. How else do I go about fixing this issue?? (I also have a video of the problem for reference)
