None of the official ASUS BIOS downloaded from support page are "PROPER".

I have a Flow Z13 ACRONYM edition (GZ301VIC). 

I've been trying to diagnose an issue I have been having where when I am on dynamic mode and watching a video (like a YT video) in Chrome/Edge, randomly every few seconds the window will flash the top portion on the bottom portion of the screen. Like a flicker almost, but not. I am suspicious that this has something to do with having an external display connected to the XGM port as this does not happen when it's by itself. 

I wanted to try downgrading the BIOS and see if the problem persists, but every single BIOS I download from ASUS support says it's not PROPER, and I have no idea why. I tried extracting the BIOS from the windows version and renaming the ones downloaded for EZ Flash as they are oddly named (GZ301VICAS) for some reason vs (GZ301VIC).

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get my MOBO  to read these correctly or did ASUS mess up putting the wrong files on the support page for the ACRONYM?

Could you please provide a video of the issue you are encountering for us to verify?
Also, please provide the current BIOS version and system version (operating system build numbers) you are using.
Furthermore, I have sent you a message. Please provide your laptop's serial number through the message so that I can confirm the exact model you are using and its corresponding BIOS.
