No GPU, GPU stats and no power mode selection possible

Dear all,

I have a problem with my Armoury Crate app. When I wanted to change power mode, I noticed that both my Armoury Crate and Fan Mode Buttons are not working. In app itself, there is no information about my device, like CPU/GPU stats or power modes, just options to change wallpapers. My model is:G513IM
Methods used
-reinstalled Armoury Crate two times
-Reinstalled All Asus services
-Updated Drivers via Armoury Crate
-Updated Nvidia drivers/Windows 11 is up-to-date.

I found this fix on the LTT forums it worked for them, but it would be helpful if a ASUS moderator also confirm this before trying.

1. Go to https://www.asus.com and search for your type of laptop (or motherboard in case of a desktop PC)
2. select OS and navigate to "software and utility" and download the latest driver
3. open the .zip folder and navigate to the folder called "Uninstall" and execute the file inside called "Uninstall.exe"
4. Restart the PC/Laptop
5. go to the .zip folder again and execute the file called "ArmouryCrateSetup.exe"
6. Restart the pc/laptop
It should now work again 

It says "sorry, this page cannot be found" when I click the link to "software and utility". Does it work for you?

Could you please help me to confirm the full model name of the laptop you are using? 
Please try removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 and Armoury Crate to see if there is any improvement? Thank you.
