I was watching a video some few days back, the sound went off. Ever since then, I have tried all getting back the sound, with various guides but it does not work. I noticed when I boot my laptop, the sound that usually comes with the asus logo is no more there, then noticed in the device manager, there is no Audio Input and Output section anymore.
I used driver easy software (fre version) to try and update, but so far I so updates were categeorized as "pluggged". So i am just confused.
I need your assistance. I feel that once i can get the audio input and output section to show on my device manager, then the solution is nearby.
