Need To Change Wifi card

So I got myself a new gaming laptop an Asus Tuf Gaming FX505DT, and recently it’s been giving me randomly lag spikes when I’m gaming online, my internet speed at home is about 300mbps (240 download, 29upload) I keep getting lag spikes out of no where, I checked the internet and apparently not only happened to me and people are suggesting I upgrade my wifi card, if anyone has recommendations for a wifi card or can help me go through the process and give me an estimate of how much I might be expecting to spend (CAD) it would much be appreciated.

Hi @squad4 ,

Have you tried testing by removing the network driver and reinstalling it? Additionally, I recommend trying a wired network connection to see if it improves the situation. Regarding the lag spikes issue, does it occur in all games or only specific ones?

According to the product warranty policy, the disassembly and replacement of product components must be handled through an ASUS repair center to be eligible for warranty service. To ensure the stability and proper functioning of the product, if you have any concerns about its usage, I suggest taking it to an ASUS repair center for maintenance. If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
