Need some help reinstalling Armory Crate

I had to uninstall in Safe Mode with Networking because AC crashed my PC with the last updates.  Now that I can log back into windows the armory crate install package says the app is "already installed" and to run the install tool.  No matter how many times I run the install tool I can't reinstall the app.

Please try using the official ASUS Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool again to perform a complete removal, then reinstall and check if the issue is resolved.

I wound up having to reinstall Windows but after I installed Armory Crate again the moment Win 11 25h2 installed it crashed.  I had to remove Armory Crate to keep the update.  I posted elsewhere in the forum but no response.  Is there a known issue right now?
