I have a Zephyrus M16 2023 with an RTX 4080 and I wanted to upgrade its ram to 64gb, so for that I ordered Crucial RAM (5200mhz) which shows up to be compatible with my model on their site. However, when I inserted it, The laptop screen stayed blacked while it powered up for about 2 hours before I reseated the old ram and then the laptop worked fine. Can anyone suggest me what to do?
Regards

Hi @deathstroke7 ,
After confirming, the GU604VZ has two RAM slots, supporting up to 32GB DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM x 2.
Due to the wide variety of memory brands, we cannot test compatibility for every brand. Below are the models and specifications we have tested as a reference. Thank you.
DDR5 5600 SO-D 32GB 262P_HYNIX/HMCG88AGBSA
DDR5 5600 SO-D 32GB 262P_SAMSUNG/M425R4GA3PB0

So do the RAMs listed below also work with the laptop?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that Crucial itself, along with tons of people on Reddit have used 64gb 5200mhz ram as well as 5600mhz RAM, while some even have used 96gb RAM
