Hi @douglasau418 ,

I would like to confirm if your BIOS has been updated to the latest version 318. Have you tried updating the NVIDIA display driver to the latest version, V31.0.15.3645, certified by ASUS?
Additionally, I'd like to confirm the performance settings and GPU configuration in Armoury Crate. Could you please specify the mode they are set to?

Regarding the issue of your computer shutting down during games, is it happening in all games or specific ones? If it's specific games, could you please let us know which ones? Thank you for your cooperation.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

Hello Anbby,

thanks for the reply.

yesterday I have just reset my laptop and reinstall the windows as well. And I didn’t have time for testing it today so I don’t know if the problem can be solved yet.

are you suggesting to update BIOS and display card driver first?
I only play CS2 so I can’t compare with other games at this moment.

We recommend updating your BIOS and NVIDIA display driver to the latest versions available on the official website and checking if the issue persists. Additionally, please try using different performance modes in Armoury Crate to find the settings that best suit your needs. Thank you.
