I have been having issues with my power light turning on and off. When i play games my laptop suddenly stops chargin for a second and turns back on causing my game to freez or sometimes slow down. I know i can run games with high fps as when i play on battery it runs smooth and dosent lag at all. At first i thought it was my laptop was overheating (cpu was at 80-90 and gpu was 45 - 60) so i searched ways to limit my cpu and made a custome mode in the Armoury Crate software wich made my temps much lower (~ 65-80) however it problem still continued.I have tried almost everything please help my laptop runs smoother when using battery than plugged. After countless reasearch i feel like my laptop is not recieving enough power from my ac adapter causing some sort of power problem.

Thank you to whoever is seeing this and can help out

Hi @Yunomebby ,

I would like to confirm if you have already updated the BIOS to the latest version 327.
Regarding the charger, are you using the original 280W charger or a Type-C charger? Besides gaming, are there any issues with other software when the charger is plugged in?
Please try removing all external devices while the computer is powered off, perform an EC reset by pressing and holding the power button for 40 seconds, then reconnect the power and restore BIOS settings to default to see if the issue improves. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

Thanks for responding @Anbby_ROG

Yes i have updated the bios to version 327 and i am also using the original 280W charger. My laptop also sometimes dosent charge at all and i have to wait several days to be able to. Last time this happened was 4 days ago. My laptop had died overnight when i fell asleep and forgot to turn it off and when i went to charge it it didn't charge i left the charger in for 2 hours and it still wasn't charging so i unplugged it incase i was damaging the battery i kept trying here and there for 2 days and on the third day after leaving it in for 20 minutes the charging indicator lit up. This has also happened to be once in the past and it took 1 day to start charging again. I have already done the EC reset and bios settings to default in the past. I did it once more before sending this message and the problem is still there. Anything else i can do.

Thanks in advance for your time and help.
