Firmware
The amplifier is controlled and managed by firmware running on the internal DSP. Firmware files are essential to enable the full capabilities of the amplifier.
— at low volume, to protect the speakers, since the speaker specifications and power supply voltages are unknown.
— a mono mix of left and right channels.

ps no one will help you on this forum, the moderators have instructions that will lead you to RMA and then replacing the board or reflashing the bios. I have provided you with how to try to fix this scam yourself. When buying an Asus laptop, the first thing you need to do is block bios updates if you are an audiophile. Asus saves on Cirrus and Dolby licenses, after the warranty expires, our laptops turn into pumpkins. Have a nice trip in finding a fix, amen.
and if you are on 24H2 I recommend rolling back to 23H2, it has fewer errors related to sound.

Bro, I found a ray of light)
If I install on my G814JV (2023):
Windows 22H2 — Zephyrus G16 GU603VU
https://archive.org/details/GU603VU_W11CN
WinNTSetup 533 > dual boot, in this Windows the sound immediately plays exactly in the middle! but as soon as I remove the cirrus driver and install it again, the right speaker is sharply low volume. You need to find a factory image from a similar laptop model so that the driver date is a little back, this will help to bypass regional restrictions of drivers.
The quality of the Zephyrus calibration is worse than from the G614JU, but at least it works without complications! And you can try to translate the Chinese language (interface), good luck if you find a suitable iso.

@MDROG
It is recommend checking whether the issue is caused by the software driver.
Please download and install the audio driver provided on our website (go to the ASUS support site and enter your model to download).
Go to Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > Speakers, uninstall the device and check 'Delete the driver software for this device.' Then restart your laptop and install the official driver.
If the problem persists, it may be due to a hardware malfunction. In that case, we recommend sending your laptop to a service center for further inspection.
