I would like to confirm if you are currently using Windows 10.
Please remove all external devices when the system is powered off, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset, and then restart the system to see if the issue persists.
Additionally, please refer to the instructions in this link to uninstall the keyboard driver and reinstall it. Test to see if the problem improves. If the issue continues, we recommend sending your laptop to a local service center for further diagnosis and repair. Thank you.
