My GL552JX randomly crash Please help!

I know my laptop is quite old but it still good for gaming low-mid preset but recently when I played games it randomly crash on everything after crash my games (Genshin Impact, Honkai Starrail) it freezes whole os and then blue screen I’ve tried update windows 10 and bios to latest version it worked for a couple days and Crash again Then I update all drivers clean ram with rubber It doesn’t help at all btw the error code is 0xc0000005 Ps. I seen post about citrix workspace is the problem but I swear I never install this program

I would like to confirm how the CPU/GPU temperatures are performing during gameplay. Also, please ensure that there is enough space on your hard drive.

Additionally, have you tried reinstalling the system and installing the necessary drivers and software from the ASUS support page? After completing these steps, please test to see if the issue improves. Thank you.

Hi Anbby thank you for response 

My cpu idle at 60-65 when I play game at 70-80 I have 222gb free on my m.2 ssd

 of course I install all driver from my asus app except graphics driver I downloaded it from official Nvidia website my bios version are latest version I test drive, ram with windows tool but no issues appear. Now I have to reinstall windows to play a game is linux good for this laptop? I wanna move to linux os instead windows

Have you tried using the ASUS-verified display driver version to see if it improves the situation?
