My ASUS/Armoury Crate showing wrong laptop version

This is a very small detail, but also a very annoying one.

Usually a few days or weeks after my ASUS is installed, it stops displaying the proper laptop image for my laptop - that being the Eclipse Gray version.

As a comparison, this is the proper image shown in Armoury Crate:

And this is the wrong image shown in My ASUS:

This has also occurred in Armoury Crate from time to time.

It's a small issue, and it's the very definition of an aesthetic issue, but it's still annoying.

Once it occurs, reinstalling the app in question, be it my ASUS or Armoury Crate doesn't change the issue.

Hi mine also have the same issue, though it doesn't cause any issue I just dislike seeing wrong colour, can you show me how to fix it?

May I ask what model of laptop you are using?
In which software are you seeing the incorrect image?

hi I'm using the g14 2024 model, both myasus and armoury crate are displaying the gray version rather than the white one that I have.

This is beyond ironic - I was just going to make a post here saying that the issue was solved for me, but it has reappeared. Again, it showed the proper image for a few weeks, and now suddenly, upon starting the app, it once again shows the white version of my laptop.

And over the past two days, it first switched back to showing the proper image, and then right back to showing the wrong image, with the white version.
