Multiwheel not working after Armoury Crate update

I have a ROG Zephyrus S17 GX703HS, I recently updated my graphic drivers and Armoury Crate to the new version, suddenly I am unable to change the brightness of the screen and the the multiwheel is only able to change the sound, I cant open the menu to change it's functionallity, it also won't appear in the armoury crate app.

There are also no selection of visual present (Eyecare, vivid, racing etc..) as there was it the older version.

How can I fix this issue? Is this an issue with the armoury create app or perhaps graphic drivers?

Please tried uninstalling Armoury Crate SE using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling Armoury Crate to see if there is any improvement?Thank you!
