Maximum upgrade for SSD and RAM in FX507ZC4-HN008W

Someone with a model similar to mine also asked this question, and the Customer Service Representative told them: "Regarding SSD expansion,the FX507ZC4 comes with two SSD slots (one of which is already in use). 
Each slot supports up to 1TB, with specifications for M.2 2280 NVME PCIE4x4."

My questions about the SSD:
Can't one slot support 2TB or more? - Or was 1TB the largest storage capacity available at that time, which is why he said that?
Is the maximum support for PCI-e for the 4th generation? So, wouldn't it be 5?

And when it comes to RAM:
This motherboard has 2 slots, and currently, a “Samsung 16 GB Ddr4 3200MHZ CL22 Notebook Ram M471A2K43EB1-CWE Ram” is installed in one of them. As far as I know, I can upgrade my computer to a maximum of 32GB. So, for compatibility, performance, etc., the most logical decision would be to add another stick of the same RAM, right?

The FX507ZC4 is equipped with two M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4x4 SSD slots, with each slot supporting up to a 1TB SSD, this is the guaranteed specification based on our testing, so our response is more conservative. Additionally, the interface supports up to PCIe Gen 4 and does not support Gen 5.

For memory, there are two DDR4 3200MHz dual-channel slots, supporting a maximum of 32GB (16GB × 2). You currently have one 16GB Samsung module installed, and we recommend adding another module of the same capacity and specifications to ensure dual-channel performance and system stability.
