M1 and m2 is not working on my G18 [2023]

2 keys for their default function of volume control but about a week ago they stopped working. rgb is working fine on them but functions  are not

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.37 and Armoury Crate and set up hotkeys in Armoury Crate, to see if there is any improvement?  Thank you!
