Low CPU usage but high temps?

Laptop: Asus Rog Strix G17     model: G713PV

I have a Ryzen 9 7845HX and a RTX 4060 + 32gb ram and 1tb ssd (os) + 2tb ssd games and everything else

Ive had my laptop for 4 months now and i bought it second hand from a person who hasnt really used it so i pretty much got it brand new. I play a lot of Terraria lately and im getting a lot of fps drops even though im pretty sure my CPU is capable of handling the game even if i run it twice. The CPU usage is 20%-30% but im getting frame drops and the temp is between 80°- 95°. Then i went ahead and tried on Minecraft with Distant horizons which is a mod that really REALLY puts pressure on the CPU and the CPU usage actually got to 85%-95% and the temps were the same. My first question is why would the game that my CPU can handle is not being handled 😭 and why are the temps that high while the CPU usage is only about 20%-30%

Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version and tested it with the ASUS-verified graphics driver version?

Since you mentioned that the issue occurs only in specific games, please try setting the GPU mode to Ultimate Mode and the fan mode to Turbo Mode in Armoury Crate while playing. Additionally, use HWinfo to record logs during gameplay—this will help clarify the issue.
