Logitech G Hub with G560

WorrGame13
Level 7

A few months ago I upgraded my laptop to a Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 from a Dell G7 7700. Ever since I switched laptops, Logitech G Hub has been very buggy... More than usual. I have not been able to find any cause to this as of yet. and I know G Hub is junk to begin with.

For example, the main thing I struggle with is that I cannot use G Hub to turn the bass level slider above 6 (of 12). If I try to adjust the slider by clicking or dragging, it just jumps back to 6. I tried to click and change the number via keyboard and it will say it's at 12 (or any other number for that matter) but the bass output doesn't actually change and if I leave the sound setting tab and return, it shows it at 6 again. It was a battle to even get it to 6, and I have no idea how it got it to actually stay there.

Sometimes when I am listening to music or watching movies the speakers will cut out for a few seconds and when the sound returns the lightsync will change itself to a sound activated flashing instead of the setting I had it on. To get it back I either have to go through resetting the zone lighting from scratch, or completely force close (task manager) all G Hub software that is running and then open it again.

Those are the two biggest problems I have with G Hub since switching laptops. Logitech seems to be mostly useless because they want me to capture and show them what I am doing in G Hub and how the sound doesn't actually change with the bass level slider. I'm not really a guru with software, I can muddle through most things, but I'm at a loss.

If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

Based on your description, the issue requires forcefully closing all G Hub background processes and restarting the software to restore functionality. This may be caused by a software-related problem. We recommend recording a video of the issue to help Logitech identify the problem and potentially release an update to resolve it. Thank you for your understanding.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
