Hi @Danev ,

I would like to confirm whether your BIOS version has been updated to the latest version 321, and if you have reinstalled the Asus-certified Intel Wireless LAN version V22.230.0.8 and Intel Bluetooth version V22.230.0.2 for testing. Have you connected any other Bluetooth devices?

If the issue persists after reinstalling the drivers, please try setting the wireless interface card to "High Performance" in the advanced power settings. Additionally, attempt to disable the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option in Device Manager (Network adapters - right-click on the adapter - Properties - Power Management). Test to see if the problem improves. Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.

Hi @Danev ,

As mentioned by @HappyShabbat , please try using a wired network to see if there is any improvement .

Additionally, try disabling Bluetooth functionality to see if there is any improvement. Thank you.

Do you have an USB to RJ45 adapter for testing a cabled connection?

Consider that your new PC because of different hardware capabilities, e.g. WIFI6/AX, connects to your router using another frequency/channel than your old PC. Then you can take advance of learning which channel your old PC used and force this channel for your new PC.

Find your wifi adapter in Windows in Device Manager (Network adapters), and right click and select properties.

You can learn more and e.g. Advanced tab's Preferred Band property let you force 2.4/5GHz.

You can use a tool for scanning for disturbances at a certain channel.
