Laptop won't turn ON without charger with new m.2 ssd installed

 i have these weird bug where the Laptop won't turn ON with the new m.2 if not connected to the charger. If it's charging it will boot and laptops works 100% without issue's. but if i remove the new m.2 and try to turn it ON without charging it will work.

The laptops is new,i got it yesterday,i unpacked and before turned it on i installed the new m.2 sdd.
