Laptop screen issue G713RC

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX G713RC laptop, and I’m experiencing an issue where sometimes it works properly for 4-5 hours, but other times, within 5-10 minutes after booting, the laptop screen goes black while an externally connected display continues to work. Could you suggest whether this is a hardware or software issue?Video Link1

Based on your description, it seems to be related to a hardware issue. Does the screen return to normal only after a restart, or does it recover on its own? Please try testing with the verified display driver version from ASUS to see if that improves the situation. Additionally, does the issue occur in the BIOS interface as well? Thank you!

Yes, the display returns after a restart, and this issue does not occur in the BIOS interface. However, it does occur when switching the refresh rate.
