Laptop randomly turns off under load

Asal

Gentlemen, I ask for help.
There is a problem with ROG Strix Scar 17
This is the one on 7945 and 4080.

Everything works great, quickly. Passes stress tests. But at a certain moment, it can turn off in heavy games like Alan Wake2, Cyberpunk, Robocop. Let’s say from 6 to 12 in the morning it worked fine, then I can’t even create a character in Cyberpunk. Kernel error 41 63.

The maximum CPU usage in terms of power was lowered. Overclocking via BIOS was prohibited. No use. It just starts to cut out at a certain moment and that’s it.
I'm already thinking, maybe it's an electrical issue? Do power surges start and everything drops? Because the problem starts at a certain moment, and then can be absent for hours. Could this be possible?
I turned off the peripherals. No use.

After the service, it began to turn off even in stress tests, but only at home. The service works quietly in Furmark or Cyberpunk for hours.

Hi @Asal ,

You mentioned that the issue still occurs after the repair.

Could you please provide the product serial number and repair number via private message so that we can further investigate? Thank you.

To speed up issue identification, please provide the product model, BIOS, and driver versions, along with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried to avoid redundant checks.
