i bought an asus laptop used off ebay and the display is stuck at 1 hertz according msinfo, windows settings says 64 (which is the only select able option in the advanced settings) hertz but it isn't there is massive screen tearing issues with any video or fast moving object i have generic microsoft display drivers and there is nothing of use in the nvidia control panel. any help would be appreciated.
