Hi there.
I bought a Flow X13 2023 last month, and immediately had problems with it. The usb 4.0 port sent too much power to my peripherals, and burnt my keyboard, mouse, and headset (you can smell the burning plastic). I sent the laptop in for repair, and was told that Asus would probably cover the peripherals, or find a solution for it. Now that I have receiver the laptop back, they completely refuse to offer any kind of help for the burnt devices, stating that "Asus is not responsible for any kind of damage caused by the use of our products".
I am really pissed. Does anyone know what I can do here? Because Asus seems about as useless as Apple right now.

Hi @amico0 ,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
Could you please private message me with your product serial number and repair ID so that I can further investigate your case? Thank you.
