Saturday
The laptop has already been to the Polish Asus service center three times.
They did nothing!!
They state in their explanations that they see the problem, but it only happened once in a month of testing, and it could have been a coincidence... Seriously?
It's been to the service center three times: once a week. twice a month! 3 times in 6 weeks!! It was a complete disaster - the worst service I could have encountered. They won't refund my money; my laptop is a complete wreck for 5,000 euros.
They wash their hands of it. They say it's a software problem and that the hardware is fine.
Here's what it looks like for me: All drivers are up to date, everything has been reinstalled several times, even manually, to no avail.
When I launch a game, the keyboard stops working at random. Not all of it works, because the function buttons at the top are working.
Sometimes (if I managed to use the mouse) uninstalling the keyboard from Device Manager helped, and sometimes just restarting it helped.
It's incredibly annoying because sometimes it reappeared after an hour, sometimes after a few minutes. Could someone help?
I see hundreds of users on various forums having the same problem. I don't know what to do with this computer anymore. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate your help.
This laptop turned out to be the worst purchase I've ever made - I'll never buy a Strix again, as I've had two previous models of this type, and they were great. And the service in Poland is beyond reproach.

This could indeed be a software issue. ASUS has very strict protection for proprietary drivers. If the BIOS checksum doesn't match the original, every installed ASUS driver may install incorrectly and work incorrectly. Furthermore, any incorrect Windows update with its AI-powered coders can break the system.
The only thing that might help is replacing all (if possible) drivers with WHQL versions with a different certificate, distinguishable from ASUS ones. You won't be able to replace everything, but there is a solution. You need someone with a laptop with a similar set of components (Zephyrus, Zenbook, Vivobook, etc.) to install cloud recovery and create an install.wim / asus.swm system image that you can install on your device. Since all proprietary drivers were compiled on a device that has no issues initializing drivers, it will correctly "freeze" them, and they will work correctly on your device. Of course, there are many questions about the security of this method, but we have to survive by any means necessary with this enemy software.
I understand your pain. Even though I have a 2023 Strix, I encountered the same problem you did. I had to install the old 2022 operating system to bypass certificate protection. Three years have passed, and I still haven't figured out the relationship between the sequence of certain drivers and registry keys. It's a very complex system. Asus went way overboard with the security.
Sunday
Is there anyone from Asus here who can tell me why they allow users to be treated this way?
And the service center won't help?
Why didn't the technicians do this during the service visits, but instead sent the laptop back to me, saying they didn't notice any faults?
This is a device worth the price of a car, not a tablet from a supermarket.
I'd like someone to explain this to me.

Service staff do monitor this section during the working week. Give them some time to respond and look over the case details once they've obtained it. 👍

The worst part is that I bought a laptop like this for the price of a car, used it for only two weeks, and then it sat in repair shops for three months!!!. Why does ASUS care about its users and use such terrible repair shops? I really wish someone would look into my situation.
No one wants to refund my money or replace the laptop with a new one. ******, why do honest people always get ripped off by corporations?

I sand you PM. Thank you @Falcon2_ROG
Thank you very much for your answer, the laptop will be back to me today.
I can test something else if you wont
the first time I reported the laptop to Asus personally,
the second and third time I reported the laptop through the store where I bought it RTV AGD
I sent many messages to the Asus service in Poland but almost all of them were ignored, we have a very poor service in Poland
I was treated as if I wanted to cheat Asus. And I was the one who was cheated by buying a laptop for such a huge amount of money that was damaged from the very beginning.
If I had known that laptops have so many flaws, I definitely wouldn't have bought the previous Rog. I had it for 3 years and had no problems with it.
I was treated like a rat trying to scam someone at the Polish service center – I'm very sad! If I knew Asus sold such damaged and poorly designed devices, I would never have bought them! I would really like to get either a working device or a refund.
Nothing more.
Tuesday
Yesterday I picked up my laptop from the repair shop.
I installed all the applications as recommended, updated everything recommended by Asus and the Asus driver website.
The keyboard on my laptop stopped working three times in eight hours of use. Twice, I managed to get it working again after a while, but the third time I had to reset the computer.
I myself had the problem again within 24 hours. Asus service kept my computer for 12 weeks and nothing!!
Does every visit to an "authorized" repair shop have to last a month or two?
Please help, I'm begging you.
This laptop is the worst thing that could have happened to me... 😞
