Keyboard ROG G513QC Not Working

Hello, my keyboard suddenly can not working, all the button and rgb is off, but the power button stillworking to on off the laptop.

At the same time, the rgb led light bar below the laptop is not working also.

The extension keyboard is working also in the bios.

Try to unistall install via device manager not working

Everythi g is updated to the latest version.

Please tried removing ASUS System Control Interface v3, uninstalling Armoury Crate using the uninstall tool, and then reinstalling ASUS System Control Interface v3 version V3.1.40 and Armoury Crate.

Additionally, please remove all external devices and power sources while the laptop is turned off. Then, press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to perform an EC reset. After that, reconnect the power and try turning the laptop on to see if the issue improves. If the problem persists, we recommend that you send the device to the local service center for further hardware diagnostics. Thank you.

where can i unistall the ASUS System Control Interface , i cant find on on control panel.
